Barb Marquer is the Supervisor of Standards and has been the Science Consultant at the Wyoming Department of Education for one year. She has M.Ed. in Learning and Technology from Western Governors University. Previously Barb was an instructor and director of the Wyoming National Guard’s STARBASE program, a middle school science teacher, stay at home Mom, and Registered Nurse.
