Attendees will learn about an interactive, online form of professional development designed to improve pedagogical skills for literacy instruction. They will learn what makes this approach unique and successful and how they can use it to meet their professional learning needs. They will also hear from an educator who has extensively used the platform and will share how it has enhanced her knowledge and improved her instruction.

Upon completion of this session attendees will be able to:
1. Understand the benefits of interactive, online PD,
2. Know how to access the platform,
3. Identify goals for their own professional learning related to literacy instruction
