Wyoming has established aggressive yet attainable goals for using educational attainment as a driver for economic growth. With much of the responsibility and effort  resting on the shoulders of government agencies, success of the initiative will require partnerships with both in-state and out-of-state private sector businesses.

The Wyoming Community College Commission partnered with Florida-based Link-Systems International several years ago to deliver 24/7 online tutoring to public college students. We explore how partnerships like this and others benefit Wyoming, and how we can leverage these partnership to accomplish our objectives.
