Grace Godfrey

Mrs. Grace Godfrey was born and raised in Kaycee, WY. She attended CWC in Riverton on a livestock judging scholarship, and transferred to the University of Wyoming where she earned a BS degree in 1998. She began her teaching career in Hyannis, NE in 1998.

She moved to Indiana in 1999 where she taught Ag and was the FFA Advisor in a two teacher program for 6 years. During her tenure there she and her teaching partner were recognized as the NAAE Region IV Program of the Year in 2000-01 and in 2003-04. In 2002 Grace earned her MS degree from Purdue University in Agricultural Education. Grace was recognized as the NAAE Region IV Outstanding Young Member.

In 2004 Grace moved back to Wyoming and taught at Wind River High School. In 2005 the position at Worland High School became open and she has been there since that time. Grace is CASE (Curriculum for Agricultural Science Education) certified in AFNR (Agriculture Food and Natural Resources) since 2015, CASE ASA (Principles of Agriculture- Animal) in 2016, CASE ASP (Principles of Agriculture- Plant) in 2017 and one of 13 teachers nationwide to be pilot testing CASE MSA (Mechanical Systems in Agriculture). She is the only teacher in Wyoming who is multi-CASE certified at this time as well as a CASE lead teacher. Grace was recognized at the WCSD #1 Master Teacher in 2015 and has served as WVATA officer.
