Jill Outka-Hill
Jill has been a Technology Facilitator in Campbell County School District #1 for 13 years and is currently the Technology Facilitator at a 1:1 Elementary School in Gillette. Jill is also an adjunct faculty member at Northern Wyoming Community College District in Gillette, teaching preservice teachers how to use technology in education. She has her teaching degree in physical and health education and a Master’s degree in Educational Technology. She is an Apple Teacher, a Google Level I Certified Educator and Google Level 2 Certified Educator and Google for Education Certified Trainer.
